The cave is currently the biggest cave passage in the world, some parts of which can reach 200 meters high. Placing humans in the scene, the photographer depicts the vastness of the site, at the same time demonstrating its primitivity. Thanks to this discovery and the pristine representation of Son Doong Cave, efforts have been poured out to preserve and conserve this natural wonder from industrial and commercial influences. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″ offset=”vc_hidden-xs”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces” gap=”20″ content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6779″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6780″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces” gap=”20″ content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6781″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”6782″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”1/6″ offset=”vc_hidden-xs”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″ offset=”vc_col-xs-12″][vc_column_text]In 2012, Maika Elan became the first Vietnamese photographer to win first prize in Contemporary Issues.
